Effective January 1, 2023, Dr. Harald Weber will become the new Managing Director of the VDMA Textile Machinery Association, Frankfurt/Germany. He succeeds Thomas Waldmann, who has held the position since 1991 and will retire at the end of 2022.
After completing his PhD at the Technical University of Darmstadt and working as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Mittelhessen (THM), Gießen/Germany, Weber joined the VDMA in 2011.
