Manuela Spörl has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ERWO effective August 1, 2022. In this function, she succeeds Robert Seibold, who is stepping down from this position at his own request. The management of ERWO will also continue to consist of Klaus Steger as CEO, Hans Georg von Schuh as CSO and Manfred Heinrich as CTO. ERWO Holding AG, Schwaig/Germany, is the holding company of Südwolle Group, Nuremberg/Germany, as well as main shareholder of Hoftex Group.
Spörl also serves as CFO of Hoftex Group AG, Hof/Germany, a position she has had since August 2020. She holds a degree in business administration and has been working for Hoftex Group since 2000. She started out in the Corporate Controlling department, and in 2012 was appointed as assistant to the Executive Board.
